Memphis in May 2011 Sponsorship Drive
Once again we are competing in the 2011 Memphis In May World Championship BBQ Cooking Contest. We will be participating in the pork shoulder category in which we were awarded ninth place last year out of 65 national and international teams.

Our goal this year is to win 1st place in the pork shoulder category and ultimately the Grand Champion title. Participating in Memphis in May has become quite expensive. Our team is seeking various levels of sponsorships for the 2011 event. This event will take place at Tom Lee Park in Memphis, Tn., from May 12th thru May 14th.
